Jerry Jones Talks Himself Out of Some Money!

Prominence:
Owner of the Dallas Cowboys, Jerry Jones is obviously well known to the American Football scene. Mainly because America is known for football.
Timeliness:
The luncheon in which Jerry Jones mentioned the team's collective bargaining agreement happened on September 1, 2011.
Proximity:
Even though we obviously do not live in Dallas, football is everywhere in the US.

Summary:
When mentioning the team's bargaining agreement, Jones decided to make a joke about his team mate, Jay Ratliff's salary. Then, the team started begging Ratliff for a raise. Therefore, Jerry Jones is losing out on money. Guess he should learn when and where to keep is mouth shut!

Reaction:
I am not surprised. I think that Jerry Jones is a selfish, self centered, jerk. All he cares about is money, money, money, and then a little bit more money. I mean yes, if I was making millions and millions of dollars a year I would be self centered to. However, Jones is just a person who I honestly don't think gives a care about his players. And honestly, that is wrong.
